Graham West successfully completed the 10 mile Snowdon Fell Race in 1hr 52. Just the one hill. Weather was great, summer came just in time, could actually see further than a metre at the top. 8mins slower than last year, struggling a bit from half way up. Problem is whilst it is a relief to get to the top the descent is just as challanging as the ascent, lost count of how many runners came past me but I did manage to remain upright all the way down, which is actually quite a challenge in itself. Don't know how some of the runners can go down the hill like they do, pointy rocks, loose shale, big boulders all in a 3,500 feet drop in 5miles.
