We are a friendly club welcoming all standards of runners. Our sessions include four 5k runs Monday morning, Tuesday and Thursday evening, with option of longer runs of about 5/6 mile on Monday and Thursday.  The 5k run groups are suitable for beginners (if you are a total beginner someone will run or run walk a shorter distance).  We also have a structured training session each week on a Tuesday and regular weekend trail runs.  Please see the training page for more details.
